Yes, it says that on the web site but all asda employees, and all other shop employees for that matter, are told that if they have any doubts don't accept them.
Vouchers are money to the supermarkets and the person on the till, and the manager are responsible for what goes into the till. If they accept a "dodgy" voucher and asda don't get the money for it then they can be held responsible. So if they are in doubt, don't accept it.
All you have to do is phone or email asda customer services and complain and they will probably give you a voucher as a goodwill gesture. Don't be nasty about it, just explain briefly what happened and tell them you are very disappoint and will be reluctant to shop there again because of the embarrassment caused.0 -

We rang customer services, were very nice like you say and they are sending us £5 by way of an apology and explained they should accept the vouchers in store and should not be accusing customers of being potentially fraudulent (their words not mine!)
Went to Tesco and used the voucher without any issue at all.0 -

I tried the yazoo one last night, it didn't have a "don't have printer link", as I got sent to a page asking me to install the software. On the page was a "report a problem" link, so I used it and told them I can't install the software because I use Linux.
Switched my computer on this morning and got an email with the coupon as a pdf attachment.
I have tried to request the coupon as I couldnt print at work but when I am filling in the form it just keeps saying
"please match requested format. Please enter a valid name of a coupon"
How did you get past this, what did you call the coupon, I have tried every variant I can think of.
Has anyone found these in Morrisons, I looked in my local today and couldnt see it.0 -

I had the same problem, I think I just put Yazoo 1 and it worked.Has anyone found these in Morrisons, I looked in my local today and couldnt see it.
Not in my local or on their web site. All my local had was the 472ml milk drinks, so I used it on one of them.
Then I got home and checked the Tesco web site and they have the milk drinks for 62p.
Don't you just love pdf vouchers
EDIT: Forgot to mention, the pdf prints at the top of the page but it also prints a couple of words near the bottom. I use foxit reader and resized the window so only the voucher was visible, then in the print box ticked the "print current view" option so only the voucher printed. I then cut the voucher off and put the rest of the sheet back into the printer. Got three voucher on the one sheet of paper.0 -
