You don't. Most of the time there is a link that says "don't have a printer" below the "print coupon" button. Use that, enter your name and address, and they send you a coupon in the post.

I tried the yazoo one last night, it didn't have a "don't have printer link", as I got sent to a page asking me to install the software. On the page was a "report a problem" link, so I used it and told them I can't install the software because I use Linux.

Switched my computer on this morning and got an email with the coupon as a pdf attachment.

We went to Asda Gateshead to redeem our Dr Oetker Ristorante Pizza vouchers.

The vouchers are part of a promotion where you buy a pizza, enter the code printed inside online and print a voucher for £1 or £1.50 off the next purchase. We went to the store and they refused to accept it as it was a 'printed voucher' this is even though it is sold on the pretence of a promotion all over the box. The Asda website says they accept all manufacturer vouchers however even when challenged at customer services they refused to accept it saying as it's printed they won't accept it.

Anyone any ideas where we stand?

Contact the promoter they are the ones giving the voucher .
Asda well within their rights not to accept .

Even though this is from the Asda website in black and white?

At Asda we accept all manufacturers' coupons (including internet coupons) in line with their terms and conditions. You must buy the product to redeem the coupon.
