Most repairs do need filler, not great wodges of it, but skims and putty for prep for the final finish. However if a door skin has had a bash that stretched the metal, no sane bodyshop is going to pay the labour to panel beat and shrink the panel back to shape, it will be a new door skin every time to cut down on labour.0

size of the car is important my wife has mobility issues and the hire car place has now given me a like for like replacement and as far as filler is concerned their was none in my door to start off with so why should their be after !!!!!!!!0
