Definately of interest, thanks:) I've tried this diet before but I was doing alternate days of normal eating then under 500 calories rather than 5:2. If you can get through the first few days it does become easier. Also it helps if you can get your body used to smaller portions, this also happened for me after only a few days.

Continuing the obsession with the Morries comp. first:D - these FR eggs are cheapest FR eggs, although only if you need that many. Lost here due to the Kingsmill bread on any 3 for £2.50, perhaps a buy in T item, in 3s:eek: vs A, despite the Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber and bunched Spring Onions comparing positively vs M. Alpens are 2 for £3 for M, like A and S.

Red Onions N/A vs M, presumably an Avs T item (T 90p) instead. Shame the I Can't Believe is now £2.75 rather than £1.37.

I would have highlighted the SP Beetroot Avs T, however I think that is a price increase for both A and T - from 44p to 49p? Cucumber should be whoopsied rather than vs M or T at 49p, and the Salad Tomatoes are too dear even after APG as well if you can get them at 3 for £1.50 in M. The 1kg onions vs 90p - :eek: as well! Maybe other onions part of the 3 for £1.50 in M or else Saver Onions 1kg at 50p (or T vs M:eek: - marked ":eek:" as I see these in and out of stock in different Ms and thus might go N/A:( on T PP - if they do leaving you with expensive "Everyday 'Value'":rotfl: ones).
