i recently placed a order with them and returned some of it, two items i returned were identical wardrobes and for some reason they have only refunded me on one wardrobe.
I never check my bank statements but luckily i did this time. so i have contacted them and they say the refund has been processed. I contact the bank and they say that for that one item it has not and there is no reason for them to stop it as it is money going into the account, not like it is leaving it.

feels like i am going round in circles. i don't know what to do as the money has not gone into the account and i have even sent tesco direct my statements as proof, it was a lot of money too 80 quid,:(:(, feels like i'm never going to get it back. Never ever knew this could happen, so guys always check your statements for refunds, as sometimes as in my case they can dissapear into thin air
