 they're usually so good in there as well. Ive just this minute got back. No room in my freezers for pizza yet so I wasn't buying. I'm really glad because I had DS2 with me.....that would have been fun!
Sale clothes are worth a scan in there. Lots scanning cheaper than the marked prices ;)

I have just had a long chat on the phone with CS at head office, which involved the lady I was speaking to, having to go and speak to her manager!

The upshot is, that the store should have accepted the coupons without all the hassle and that being told I wasn't to try and use any more was totally out of order.

They are going to speak to the manager of the store tomorrow and they have said that they will get him to phone me.

They also said that I will have no problem using the coupons next time I go in. We shall see!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

Anyone who is visiting Next or a Next outlet. Have a look for little cards on the counter at the tills. All you do is fill in your email address (no other details needed) and you get a unique code for £10 off a £15 spend online. If you already have an account use a different email address.
I got one when I was in the outlet the other day so I went to another next today and got another one. :money:
you should put that on the grabbit board. without the bold bit ;)

That should be interesting  :D
It's a real shame though, Ive very rarely had any problems with coupons in there. You must've just got really unlucky today :( unlike As where I don't even bother trying to use coupons anymore.
Im sure there was one of the earlier ones that didn't scan at first either?

    Afternoon all :)

I'm heading for a food coma after an extreme foodgasm. Dropped off some cakes and got a lovely piece of chocolate pavlova with raspberries in exchange, then headed off to Brick Lane. Did the MSE thing of waiting in my car for 10 minutes rather than paying a quid for parking and then bought a hot salted beef bagel. I could quite easily sleep all afternoon now :)

Hope you're all having relaxing Sundays!

    Yes we are!

Have never been to a restaurant in Brick Lane in all my puff. Have been to lovely Indian restaurants near Whitechapel tlike Tayyabs and a few others. Absolutely fantastic food ( but quite a trek from Sarf Landon).

I wish nobody had mentioned Brick Lane- I am experienceing spice withdrawal and am absolutely gagging for a curry!

Receipt twenty past eleven this morning. Not too much help as coming to the end of the current prices and shops shut at 4pm in England/Wales now:(. Sorry only just found it. The usual store triggering the (on this occasion, small) positive return.

Sarf London ain't that far really... well maybe a bit, but it's worth it! I had a curry last night from Crouch End, £6 including naan bread, bargain :) You could make one perhaps, do you do a lot of cooking?
