Also if you are very disciplined with your credit card and make sure the balance is paid off every month, every penny then make sure it pays cashback.
My nationwide credit card pays 0.05 which shows on the bill each month but them in December whatever is accrued is paid off your December bill.
So I pay everything with the CC card apart from hotels which I use the debit card - they always surcharge for cc payments
Over the course of 2013 I ended up with £66 of cashback in December - fabulous :T
My Capital One cc does this as well everything is paid with cc then paid off at the end of the month0 -

Not fully up to speed, but does this mean korma, jalfrezi, onion rings and rolls, pay £6 and get £4.15 pp back? Cheaper than buying most fillers if doing T vs A0 -

I don't know what he is Zippy. Heinz 57 I think? When he's stood up he looks like a tall Westie minus the pointy ears:rotfl:He was a rescue dog.

You sound more relaxed today hun, do you have DS1 home for the rest of today too?0 -
Its £1000 a month but I have a DD that goes back and forth from my Marks current. You just upgrade your current nationwide account on line.
I have £3 thousand sat in this nationwide account and it gives me £20 a month in interest.
The Marks current I set up a year ago because they were giving me a £100 gift card and with it I could have a monthly savings account paying 5% but the max is £250 deposit per month. I am just waiting to find out if the rate is the same for this year.
The other good account with nationwide is a regular saver which you can set up online. Pay in between £500 and £1000 per month - I just transfer it over on the 1st of each month. It pays 2.5% gross. It's instant access so money is coming and going from this during the month as long as the balance has increased by £500 you get 2.5%.0 -
