Thankyou for testing:T the chocolate hobnobs show on msl for me... Do they show on yours now?

    Thankyou Anon

I've got the party footballs not available and choc rings not on multibuy....

Double Chocolate does yes, the trigger is Caramel and Chocolate which shows when Msl set to T but is not on A.com and not visible when Msl or Msm set to A.

sorry been away from lappy for a while.
no trigger just bought the 2 but seems like it has to be Monterey chilli and thai sweet chilli. haven't seen it work for any other combination of flavours x

    Aren't there two choc. hobnobs?()

In case anyone near a Mrs Sainbobs (I like to vary the gender:cool:) is struggling - not with a load of shopping and can't manage to carry any more:eek: - but struggling instead with a £3 off £20 cond.spend or, failing that, a £2:( off £20, here's my shop that just worked a few moments ago. £9.94 BM back.

    1xPrinces Wild Pink Salmon (213g)£2.70
2xHeinz Multigrain Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce (4x400g)£2.50 x2 (On 2 for £3 in Mr A, so I did the Asda multibuy:rotfl:)
    1xPhiladelphia Light (300g)£2.50
    1xFrijj Strawberry Milkshake (471ml)70p
1xRicola Original Swiss Herb Lozenges (10 per pack - 37g)36p
1xListerine Antibacterial Mouthwash Total Care (500ml)£4.50 (On 2 for £5 in Sains. but avoided that as on at better than half that total price in A)
1xWeight Watchers Sticky Toffee Sponge Puddings (2x100g)£2.00
    1xMcVitie's Breakfast Biscuits Oats & Honey (6x50g)£2.29

Paid (no I didn't get paid sadly:() £3 off £20, collected 2 Active Kids vouchers (rather than 1) for spending nearly twice as much as elsewhere;), £10 BM from previous shop (when T was £10.09 cheaper but I can live with that as using cond.spend there too). Collected my receipt and £9.94 BM.:T Don't use Nectar points as then I would not have been spending £20.

Of course, as usual there's a 'story' about every item:rotfl:.
I particularly liked the following moment in my shop: right next to the Princes Pink Salmon was an empty(:rotfl:) container above a SEL for some John West Pink Salmon instead. Lower weight than my 213g:rotfl: and price of £2!:rotfl::rotfl: Laughing as: (a) it was all sold out! and (b) the Princes I bought is £1.25:T in Mr A so look at all those other people who thought 170g:eek: for £2 was a good offer to take it all from store:rotfl: - no trouble finding my Princes Wild Pink as there were plenty left! I know some still already have Salmon from T's old DTD price-check, and I already have some tinned salmon, but hey - 1 tin!;) Not as good as either T DTD (paid to take away) or Avs M (not N.Ireland) quite some time back when M were £1 and therefore 90p net on APG (think it was Princes:think:(?) - otherwise, if it was own brand, it's all the same to me:rotfl:) - not as good as that but who's bothered: I was using cond.spend and it helped get the best configuration for me back.

The Heinz Spaghettis - I know some of you have already got these free (or better?) recently with the individual tins elsewhere, but hey I was using the £3 cond.spend so that's my 'free' and I'm double-counting it btw:p.

Philadelphia 300g - back on in A at £1. Better than the 200g ones that have been selling loads at more expensive per g. price. I bought the Light version. Also possibly the 300g Original, Sweet Chilli version or the one with Chives (check a.com!) but not confirmed.

Frijj Milkshake - here I was happy (or happier than I usually am) with S putting them on offer at 70p, as it kept my brand match within the £10 (even though having to buy another item to hit the £20 - and what did I pick...?!:D). Possibly also the Chocolate or the Choc Fudge Brownie. And one of us at least was considering APG'ing A on those vs a 'half price':rotfl: at Miss T of 65p:eek:, before A went and put them back down to "more than 10% cheaper". Now 50p in A and starting a little to wrangle me on the APG:rotfl::(:rotfl:.

Yes the Ricola Lozenges are N/A for A!:) I don't know if this is of any use at all - probably very slightly works against us:( - but another instance of the (temporary) 1p higher than actual price for Sainsbobs on msm. Msm saying 37p offer in Sains, but they are 36p on sains.co.uk and that's what they are in store. Msm briefly had 42 pack Crispy Dippers showing £2.93 when they were £2.92 in Sainsbobs (now expired - Sains now £4.39:eek: - I suppose you could BM from that if using 5% Msl cashback, although Avs T would be better even if lower straight amount of cashback).

Listerine - I really wanted the Total Care Sensitive (even though I saw that as more 'risk' because a.com includes the words "Cool Mint" which Sainsbobs.co.uk does not) but, in any event, none of that version left instore. I picked my 'second choice'. On 2 for £5 offer in S but A's £2 each is cheaper than the S offer so I deliberately shunned it:rotfl:. Bottle has a "Try Me" offer around it:D - requires receipt to be kept, and requires 1L:(. Oh - I might just buy one at £2 straight in Mr A (on non-APG) as I stand no chance of BM'ing vs A or anyone soon. No cond.spend (thankfully in a way:T) and not needing to spend as much as £20 again. Maybe not best possible option (but then again a further £4.50 product would require a new £20 shop) but might work. Requires internet access btw, which I assume you have:D.

The WW Sticky Toffee pudding - possible to replace with the WW Choc Sponge pudding at £2 instead. That's if your S store has it - mine just had the Toffee, but that was the one I wanted:T. Store didn't have Cadbury Hot Choc Pudding last time (I don't think S have it anymore - probably given how often I've brandmatched them to T at £1?:rotfl:) so didn't have that on SvsT. Now Tvs M possible I believe (as T now up to £2). Would have had 10g per pudding more (and that itself a lower weight compared to previous 2x135g on the Cadbury's of a few years ago:() but who's bothered?!

Finally, the McVities breakfast biscuits - have been cheaper (AvsM?) before but not too bad I felt - £2.29 vs £1.00. (Could have done much worse - lots of other 'Savvy buy':( £1 offers that I see as very expensive now - remember it's how 'pound shops' make their profit - selling all (or most) items at £1 but some that can be 80p elsewhere at the seen-as-good-value 'rip off' £1 price. General public are wrong again:wall: - remember it's price 'perception' that matters!:D They think it's good value. Well....:(.) I used the Red Berries (due to liking that flavour) - could have had Oats & Honey (5% cashback msl on either).

Msm now playing with me doesn't have other version of this product I'm now looking for - disappeared off there now, was there an hour or so ago:(:rotfl: - A on straight r'back so appears to be no use there - checking a.com - McVities Breakfast Apple & Sultana (6x50g/300g whatever) £2.29 S £1 A but this one might be more of a 'risk' as sains.co.uk (no idea if BM is linked in with the wording used on Sains.' website) says "Apple Sultana and Cinnamon" but a.com does not mention "Cinnamon" - though it's clear from the picture the product is the same one, that wouldn't be recognised by a computer system.

Thinking of it, I reckon I have a 'computer brain' myself:j - doesn't pick up on social 'niceties' (horribleies sometimes as - don't get me wrong - it's nice to be good and get along with each other but sometimes, you know, too much 'nice' can be too sweet and sugar and bitter-tasting and offputting. Sometimes). Calculates things good in my mind, ability sifting (and remembering, to greater or lesser degree of accuracy) vast quantities of data...! In a respect, computers are a bit "autistic" themselves too (and I mean the term "autistic" with no offence and, as I myself fall on the spectrum:beer:, I can't possibly be using it that way anyway:p - can't be using it with offence I mean not can't be using it without...). Computers are very extremely extremely pedantic - fail to get the correct character at the right moment...:mad:

I work very well with computers:T:rotfl:. They're a little bit like me, but ...argh!.. :mad:they can be even worse (or better? Surely not (timing out and resetting is no mean joke - or rather it is a mean joke but not mean in the sense of a 'mean feat')).

Computers are even worse than I am:rotfl::rotfl:. Leads me nicely (or not) to my conclusion (at last Savvy;);):rotfl:) - in fact I'd thought this about three or four days ago, regarding the title of the thread (which one?:D:p This one of course:rotfl:). Very clever, you may recall me saying, as I didn't spot it read "ELITE" at first. But I was also reading it as "I.T." - i.e. information technology. But - is it "I.T." or is it "it" (as in much like it)? Very very clever:T:):).

That's it - this post is, finally, over folks!:):):A
