Computer help please

My lappy was on its last legs so I backed everything up on an external hard drive so I could put it on a new lappy.

I plugged it in to the new lappy today and It had 45GB and had files from 1 to 847 but nothing to say what was in them.

Tried to find out what was in them but now the hard drive has 100GB and 16 files.

Is there anyway I can just get iTunes and pictures off the hard drive , or have I naffed it up ?

We also need to update the 3 for £2 biscuit deal list though as Party Rings and Ginger Crunch Creams came back as £1.50 for 2 multi in T (but that price didn't show earlier when I checked the offer dates :mad:!).
