Just a quick fly past - have managed to locate linky (as promised) my friend posted to independent article re Mr Pickles wanting to remove allotment requirement on councils. :mad:

If anyone wants to exercise their right to require govt to discuss this then 38 degrees currently running a petition for people to express their disquiet - should be able to find via internet if you want to. I and friends have ....
