What you missed was him writing to the companies saying "i'm doing a charity coupon shop. Everything i buy is going to charity and there will be national press coverage. Care to donate vouchers?"
It was not a realistic example of US style couponing translating over herefairclaire wrote: »David....I have an urge to make up a story out of your dark side round up. Such an eclectic mix. Humour me, I need to be creative when I'm stressed
Once upon a time FC and David. were sitting down for the evening. They had been to a free screening of starred up followed a dinner of meat free mince, cooked in the diet cast iron frying pan. FC was wearing her Royal and long nickel gold gems make up and fancied lighting a large home range Yankee candle to enhance the mood.
The conversation soon turned to football. David cautiously asked FC if she could remember the last time Scotland took part in the World Cup. She could, but only just. David casually mentioned that it was pity cameras hadn't been invented then, just in case anyone had got near the World Cup for a cheeky photo opportunity.
This comment unleashed a rage in FC.....never had she felt so insulted. She stomped to the kitchen, grabbed the dirty diet cast iron frying pan, she turned around to see that he had followed her into the kitchen. She couldn't help herself and before she even knew what was happening the frying pan had clipped his head. 'oh dear' she said, 'that's going to leave a scar', but it's ok 'I have some free scar removing gel that will sort it out'
Unfortunately FC and David. we're never able to overcome this traumatic evening and David. left the next day on a megabus. it only cost him 50p though and he watched sky sports on his mobile all the way to his destination.
The end.....yes, of course Im mad :rotfl:

Ooh - Whole Cucumber may go on Avs T comp. T 49p - maybe Morries forcing T's prices down?:rotfl::rotfl: But short-dated cucumber may be got cheaper than the 10% off 49p off the APG. I saw one at 13p in one of my A Supermarkets - would buy that completely separately and not use on APG shopping.:D0

Strangely, my appointment from this morning was cancelled because their defibrillator was broken. I put the phone down and wondered how they discovered that ......hopefully through a routine check.

on the tooth subject in a couple of weeks mum is having all her teeth out and total inplants both top and bottom jaw:eek::eek:
She has got to the stage she feels rather than having lots of trouble with her teeth which makes her unhappy and limits diet she is going for it.
I am really pleased as know how much pain she has been in.
Question for those avid points collectors. She plans to pay dentist in installments using mr t credit card basically every couple of days, clearing balance online then making next payment. Once she hits maximum points limit for quarter is it easy to switch credit card to another club card so she doesnt lose out on any points due to quarterly limit?
Guess who is being allowed to spend said points:T
Forgot to say got daz 20 pouch washing pouches in mr A today for £3 a box:T
Not 10p a wash but very happy. Sorry if last 2 boxes had been hidden for a reason. Home bargains has 42 was surf for £3.49 if useful to anyone. I avoid liquid now as always use too much.

The Persil 50 washes at £4.99 for M are (just under) the unmagical 10p/wash. We don't know yet if they will compare (unless anyone does have their info. on wombles) but I have included them on my Avs M list and I'd :eek:risk:eek: them!0
