Thanks. Florida, I like it although it isn't everyone's cup of tea!

Thought it might be. Definitely our cup of tea. We're hoping to go later this year, for the umpteenth time.

Happy Birthday tweets and midwinter hope you both have a lovely day. :bdaycake: :bdaycake:

Welcome Nenen :T you will soon get the hang of it. A couple of more reasons you may want to do comparison shops :-

Sometimes there will be a stonking loss leader offer which sells out very quickly in store - however because its on MSM you can still get its equivalent at another supermarket as it will compare and you know they'll have stock in as doesn't appear as an obvious offer to the muggles lol. :p. Recent egs have been cheese, tuna, WUL (Washing Up liquid).

Also some peeps live close to one supermarket but not the others so this can save them burning petrol for an offer as they can price match locally by playing the system on most occasions.

Re the figures - you will see lists that compare against all 4 supermarkets. People do try and indicate at the top or in title where shop done and which supermarket its 'against'. Sometimes peeps tidy the list up - so irf you look again at the quoted example you gave you will see someone has put A v S. Often if we are in a hurry we can forget to mention which store. so a gentle reminder is ok ....

I came to this thread in similar circumstances 18 months ago - I'd popped onto here a few times and not got it then suddenly had the 'eureka' moment and stayed. Enabled me to provide xmas presents for all the family, better pressies for my kids and good food and wine :p Most importantly its the friendship which people benefit from most....:A

We post here as glitching too difficult to explain on grabbit thread - its been tried.

Enjoy your time with us ...:T
