    Hello, lovely Elite

Got my call to collect CC stuff today, and I'm glad to see that some of you here have too

Has anyone received an error message when scanning their clubcard for the scan as you shop doodah? I got one today, it wouldn't give me a scanner and just put a red message up on the screen with a code and telling me to contact CS.

Could it be I've scanned too many 1p items, and they want to smack my bum? :rotfl:

No, but it could be you were scanning and didn't complete the shop? If you used the scanner, didn't buy anything and then put the scanner back....your transaction will be 'hanging' in the system.
If you want to go on a scanning spree you need to actually buy something or this can happen.....buy something cheap, A drink, bar of chocolate, newspaper....anything as long as you buy it and pay.
CS will sort it out for you if you ring up. HTH

Is it worth going out for the hand wash or has it definitely not working anymore?

I'm confused by some of the posts!!!! Doesn't take much... ;)
We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits. :)
