hi all to cut a long story short, I left bg july 2012 and was on payg to go onto edf credit.
about a year ago I get a letter off a debt collector saying I owe bg £83 on electric I immediately call bg to find out what's happening and to be told I owe nothing.
since then 3 different debt collectors have been in contact saying the same and each time I call bg to be told I owe nothing last time I called they promised it would not happen again.
today I get a letter off bg saying I owe £83 again I call them to be told again I owe nothing
what can I do to stop this?
I refuse to pay them for something I don't owe
