Hi all,

I know there is a long thread about this but thought, I would start a new as hopefully it will get looked at.

Like most people on this forum I have been patiently waiting for my cash back. Still not heard anything so decided to give them a ring today.

The guy I spoke to said I was not eligible for my cash back as I had broken my terms and condition 9 times. This is news to me as I have never gone over my limit always paid in full and the last statements I received my statement in January 14 confirmed I was due the full £100 cash back.

He asked if I would wait on hold for whilst he investigate this and surprise surprise he cut me off.

I'd did get hold of someone else who confirm this has been an error and they would get it sorted.

If you have not received your cashback them I'd give them a call as they probably think you have broken the T&C.:mad::mad:

When I look at the first page I see 2 threads already on this subject.

One thread has almost 200 replies and over 13,000 views
The other has over 200 replies and over 170,000 views!

I'm not sure why you think no one is looking at them

Well, the idea of a new thread is not that nobody will look at the other thread, but normally because forumites have a habit of telling posters to start a new thread for their own specific problems. That way it can be addressed properly and nobody accuses it of hijacking the other thread, which can be irritating and confusing.

So I understand wanting to start a new thread, although I think this topic could be incorporated into the other one.

I never know whether to believe stories about call centres hanging up on customers - it seems quite far-fetched for a professional body to deliberately hang up on somebody. The other possible reasons, such as line failures, accidentally pushing the wrong button, or other random events could be the reason. Occasionally my phone cuts a conversation off when I have full signal, and there's no apparent reason for that.

To question the point of you starting a new thread when 2 already exist on the same subject that are currently on the first page :)
