Claiming from a 1990's PPI

in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
Hello, I had finance for a car back in the 1990's. It did include PPI. Unfortunately the garage has moved from the site where I bought the car. I contacted their head office & was told that they would not have any records going back this far.

I have contacted the bank I was with at this time but haven't had a reply yet. Is there any way of pursuing this,or should I just forget about it.

Thank you for any advice.

    Prior to 2005, car dealers were not regulated and any complaint could be declined on this basis alone. You've already been informed that the dealer no longer has any records of your loan and your Bank have no liability at all.
    So any further pursuit of this seems very futile.
