I have at least a kilo of blueberries in the freezer, and three packets of ridiculously sour fresh ones in the fridge. Does anyone have a ridiculously yummy muffin recipe please? Or any others to use them up? Thanks!

Thanks
Have either of you made them? I made some once and they weren't very nice, tasted too dense. 0 -
I'm not mad about muffins but my kids love them so I make them quite often. I think the trick is to mix the wet ingredients together in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another bowl and combine the two just when you're ready to put them into the oven.
I always use frozen fruit in muffins. Don't defrost the blueberries, just use them straight from the freezer and add them to the dry ingredients so that they get coated in flour which will help prevent them from sinking.
