Halifax on-line statements

For some reason my Halifax Credit card February statement hasn't been produced and the following is showing on-line.

February 2014 - account inactive

My account is up to date and it will allow me to do a BT so the card isn't disabled. It's a BT card so I don't want to do any spending on it.

I've asked Halifax about this but has anyone else had this problem?

Similar but different issue. For some reason I logged in to find that Halifax had turned off online statements, and turned back on paper statements on my CC account at some point in the last couple of weeks. Bizarre.

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago, then it wouldn't allow me to go back to on-line.

But the next time I logged on on-line statements had been turned on.

Strange things are going on. On mine it showed (as well as current CC) an old CC account which had been settled and closed a couple of years ago. It's gone now and everything back to normal.

Apparently have moved their back book to the Lloyds Platform from the HBOS one.

The statements have changed design to match Lloyds and the payment details have changed from Bank of Scotland to Lloyds.

My BOS bill payment details appear to have been automatically updated; payment details outside have not.

They have an announcement on the credit card CS number before you enter you card details, about this issue.

it's still going on! can't see statements. says "account inactive" on the CC online login

I'm unable to view my Bank of Scotland statement even though I've had an email telling me it's ready.
