Can't uninstall Real Player or ZoneAlarm

Please help

Trying to uninstall Zone Alarm and Real Player but it keeps coming up with a "windows has encountered an error" message and wont let me uninstall either of them.

I've tried this in the add/remove programmes in control panel and also the uninstall option of the programmes.

how can I get rid of them?

Yep, tried that but still not having it, same with real player...

I had the same problem getting rid of AVG when I changed my security package. I phoned them up but they were less than helpful. I finally got rid of it all by going into: search / for files and folders / and typed grisoft, AVG etc then deleted everything it found. Done the job, if that helps at all...?
