Advice on 40+ Pre payment cards

I am looking at getting additional prepayment cards for our staff.

We currently have a 10 cashplus cards which are very good, top-ups are made by us to one account which makes managing the account very easy, fees are low & the reporting provided by Cashplus is excellent but the big issue is any balance on the account is available to all cardholders. Our staff don't know this but if the balance was £3,000.00 any one of the cards could spend the entire balance. They don't offer the facility to put a usage cap on each card which is really all thats missing from whats offered by them.

We are looking at rolling this out to 40+ staff to pay for hotels etc so the balance when topped up will be circa £10,000.00 - too much liability with 40 staff! Individual accounts would create a lot of additional work so we really need one central account with transaction limits on every card. Can anyone suggest a card that suits?

I believe that fairfx and cantonfx both provide the type of service you are looking for.

Thanks for the suggestion but these appear to be aimed at overseas travel whereas our usage will be UK only.
