low income- can I include spouse's?

Hi. My husband got an M&S credit card a year or so ago and we are now debt free on it, but obviously the 0% has run out. I would like to take out one in my name, but my income is low as I only work part time. Am I allowed to include my husband's income in 'income' because we both pay all bills and share all our money, or is this not allowed?
I do have an excellent credit score though but my personal income is only £10,000.
Thanks

No; not as your own income. You can only go this if the application asks for 'household income'. Amex is one that does this. Not sure of others.0 -
You will need a card which asks for household income to do this such as Asda or John Lewis Partnership, there are more cards that do this though but by no means all.
There are cards that ask for minimum of £10k income, so you may be ok with a card asking for personal income though you run the risk of getting a low-ish limit."Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it": Ferris Bueller
