following my inability to get through to a department on the phone, using at least £30 worth of phone credit and also having my online banking continually timing out i found a link to online help on the website
very help assistant arranged for the department to call me and they did within minutes, thanks natwest !

Talking about Natwest, every time I seem to do something on my online banking these days it says I must ring up or visit a branch to do it. My apologies for my ignorance, but I thought online banking was supposed to replace the need to do that?0
