JSA if partner working 16hrs week?

Hi at the moment my partner is working 16hrs week for an employer, and about another 8+hrs week self employed, so we get WTC.
The SE is not working at all and we know I have got to look for a job.
My question is if my partner only works 16hr wk emplyed on min wage sould I apply for JSA? Would we get much JSA after earnings taken into account?

WTC may mean that your partners' income is too high for income based JSA.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Not if the partner is disabled and receives the relevant benefits.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Their other posts state £8 per hour for 16 hours so over the JSA limit for 2 adults.Tomorrow is the most important thing in life0

Yes we did get WTC, but now we do not. no disabilities or anything like that. Only working 16hrs so I am trying to get JSA but its not much when earnings have been taken off.0

No chance, been asking.
I think we will have to sign on and declare his 16hrs work and min wages.
Its just a question of if there will be any JSA payment to pay me after earning and all?0
