SAS not updating

Have tried a few times to update SAS but keep getting an error message saying update failed.
It is only 4 days out as I update regularly.
I have run it with the updates it has and no problems show up.
Any ideas anyone please?
I run on Vista Home Premium.

It's a bit temperamental sometimes. Uninstall then reinstall.

Really? I've NEVER ever had a problem before and certainly never experienced it being temperamental.
Are there any other options?

Have just uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting same error - failure to update.
Any thoughts appreciated.

firewall blocking or software bug is the usual cause. A machine can survive without sas.

Work around until SAS fix issue(See their forum)

Manual Definition Updates

If you would like to manually update your definitions simply exit SUPERAntiSpyware, then click the "Download" link here. Save the file to your desktop and double-click it to run the installer. Once the installation is complete, you must exit and restart SUPERAntiSpyware for the new definitions to be active.
