It's difficult to tell whether Look and Marie Claire share their prizes.
I found the same prize on both, but one finished last night, while on the other site it still had a week to go...0 -

I think their initial email reply is probably more aimed at reassurance that you only need to enter once to be eligible, but equally that entering across all websites increases your chances.More GRRR than the average Bear!!0
