Can I claim PPI on loans which I applied for online?

Hi all,

I've followed the PPI issue for a couple of years, and have no decided to investigate whether two recent loans I had could be eligible for a refund.

I DID have PPI on both loans - which were with Santander - but I applied for the online (ie I never spoke to a human through the whole process). Does this make it harder / impossible to claim? Should I bother?

Thanks!

If you applied for them online, then no.
This is a miss bought, rather than a miss sale.
No one advised you about the PPI.
