Help Cleaning my File
Hi
I have recently received my completion notice for my IVA which started in September 2008.
I have checked my credit files which look correct with the exception of one entry which is Provident.
As far as I can see they are still showing the account as being live and not as defaulted (it was included in the IVA and the closing statement shows the payment made to them) it is being currently being recorded as a 6 every month
Is it best to write to the CRA and point out that the account was in fact defaulted and included in the IVA or do i need to get Provident to do so.
