Is this a notice on the car or through the post? If on the car wait until the notice to keeper to arrive between days 29-56 of ticketing, if through the post send a soft appeal in, the link provided above will tell you how to that.

hello all
i got a warning notice to driver for stopping in an area that should be kept clear. i did not exit the car or even turn the engine off. i now there is a lot of these cowboy outfits going around and wanted some sound advice to whether to pay the reduced £50 or not as the notice mentions debt recovery and courts including costs. it was not on a car park it was on an alley way.
ANPR Ltd are the joke of the forums so you should read the newbies thread but also Google 'ANPR Ltd Trev the Clamp' and separately, 'ANPR Ltd Outstanding Parking N Martin' which will show you the tricks they play and the 'lovely' award for 'Outstanding Parking' that this bunch will eventually send (your cue to appeal as keeper).

Remember that the idea that the whole of Britain is covered in fraudsters takes a little while to get used to so it is quite understandable that people might want to double check the info.0 -
