Hi there,
I'm looking to buy my first (1 bedroom )flat and I've seen one I'm interested in which is o.i.e.o £52500 (home report value £55000). The flat and the close are all in great condition but the flat doesn't have any form of heating installed (other flats have GCH so I know it's possible to get it ). There previously was storage heater installed and they still have the night meter installed so that could be an option too, tho not a big fan of SH I also only has DG in the lounge but not in the bedroom or (galley) kitchen. Also the internal bathroom doesn't have an extractor fan which I find a bit odd? And the kitchen could do with the doors and work tops replacing , so just wondering if anyone would have any idea how much all that would cost and would there be any government grants to help pay for it. And how much should I offer? I live in Scotland by the way. Here's the RM link by the way: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-...-42587977.html
(cross posted from house buying & selling forum so some extra information there too)
