Toyota Aygo fault code P0011

My 59 reg Toyota Aygo has a fault code of P0011 'camshaft position actuator A-bank 1 timing over-advanced'
I had the camshaft sensor changed in November 2013. Is the above sounding like a big job? The car is driving perfectly and is due for its service soon

Take it into your Toyota garage, unless the sensor was changed by a non Toyota garage they might sort it for free.0
