Hi
I have a B&Q toilet hat was put in my house about 4 1/2 years ago by plumber. I need to get into the cistern as it is very slow to fill up
I am struggling to remove the lid. It has a push down dual flush on the top in the middle. I have tried to lift the lid but it will not come up I seem to have a lot of resistance!
I am sure there is a simple way of doing this but I could do with some advice
Thanks

The ring surrounding the push buttons unscrews. If gripping it is difficult, use rubber gloves or a jar opener, not pliers etc, as it is easily marked.0
