in Credit cards
Hi,
I was just wondering, when a debt falls off the credit history and is statute barred - so for example, with a credit card from Capital One, can you then reapply for a card in future or will having a partially unpaid debt hinder any successful credit card application with the creditor in question?

It depends on the issuer. Some issuers like American Express will generally blacklist people but others don't seem to mind.0
