Customer compliance office interview

I've received a letter of notification for a customer compliance interview, I've read online that it's usually down to a fraud investigation but I had a work focused interview that I missed in December and never arranged another one, could this be the reason for the customer compliance office interview?
Thanks

If it's DWP & they suspect fraud, you'll receive a letter to attend an Interview Under Caution & not one for customer compliance.

Customer compliance interview are usually just to check facts, see if the info they hold on you is correct, that sort of thing.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

    Not true.

If they have insufficient evidence to mount a FIS investigaion they pass the low level cases to compliance.

However, I would presume that your interview could be to do with missing your appointment.

Best bet is to ring and check.
