I have just signed into this and paid for the month.
there is no record of any of the loans credit cards or anything else. just 1 debt - satisfied to virgin media.
I do have a lot of creditors but was shocked to find nothing there. Could this be because they dont have an up to date address for me?
I have put my address in now where i have lived since 2009 and the address before that - i wonder why it was automatically updated.
Any ideas?

How old are the debts? Over 6 years they wont be on the file.

Credit expert are not the only agency. Some companies may not use them.
So check your file on another and they maybe showing.

These debts are old but im still paying towards some of them. signed up to noddle and it shows up much more - still not everything.

credit expert doesnt show up my credit cards or loans that are still active.

It's odd. Normally, when you tell a creditor you have moved, they add a new linked address anyhow.

Contact experian and give them the addresses you lived at and the dates and ask them to update your file. Mention also stuff is missing.

Worth checking equifax via the £2 statutory report option. See what's on there.

I update my address and they have show a few more things that i expected to see.

If anyone can help I have 2 ccj's on my file they both say active. I have paid both of them off but just wondered if they say active because the court arent aware that it has been paid or if it says active as it stays on there for 6 years?
