Parkingeye fine becoming serious!!

Last summer I had parked up in a car park near Fistral beach in Newquay. I had given the machine the correct amount of money but still Parking eye had sent me a fine of £65. After reading many forums at the time I was advised just to ignore the letters. Shortly after this I had gone on a 6 month deployment and returned to having several threating letters. The latest one being received yesterday of a 'Judgement of claimant' from Northampton Court. What does this mean? Where do I stand? What do you recommend I do? Any advice and help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Even last summer, ignoring was not the recommended advice. Sounds like you have ignored genuine court papers, which wasn't a good idea. And now you have a default judgement against you as you submitted no defence. If this is genuine, then you either have to cough up in order not to get a CCJ against you, or have the judgement set aside on the basis that you were abroad when all the papers were sent. It'll cost you, though.
All that assumes that you are genuine. Sorry to be suspicious and cynical, but PE stooges do post here claiming to have had judgements against them, so we have to be cautious.0 -

The advice has not been ignore on these forums for well over a year now
As slithy states above - you have got a default judgment against you.
However if you were on deployment (was this with the forces?) then you do have a valid reason to set aside this judgment - and challenge this again.
Fistral beach is one of the reclaims that Parking Prankster is offering a service for - so you may get some help here.
To overturn a judgment costs about £80 (this will can be claimed back if you win the case as your costs) - if you are in the forces - they may also assist with paying this for you.

The alternative is simply to pay the judgment within 28 days to clear the debt so that it does not go on your credit file.0 -
As a fighter, I really hope you are able to "Fight" this one, I hate to see anyone pay PE.
