ppi claim

Could anyone help me I have a DMP with payplan, a while ago i was approached by a company called stake your claim who said they could help me claim my ppi back from lenders, I realise that this was a silly thing to do as they do charge me but i did agree, that was, i think ,in september last year, since then i have had forms to fill in twice which i filled in and returned to them, I then two weeks ago was told that i needed to fill them in again for my three barclaycard accounts, as they required me to do this,I have returned them to them, then yesterday they telephoned and said that the forms were not fully completed one of the questions had been missed, but the forms were filled in over the phone with one of their staff, and i just had to sign them, I the question was about when the ppi was sold to me, I told them in the first place that i counldn't remember when it was sold. I'm sorry this is a bit long winded, but my question is if i now decided not to go with them, would they charge me for their services. to date, even though I'm not sure exactly what they have done for me because I am no further forward than I was in the first place, Many thanks, and once again sorry for the length of the post

If you withdraw, they can charge you for work done. If, on the other hand you complain to them that they did not ask about your DMP and explain the implications - so they missold their services to you - they will probably release you from your contract and if not you can complain to the claims regulator.0
