Is what I have just done ok?

I have only been ebaying a month and an auction of mine just ended with a winning bid of £18. The buyer paid twice!! (paypal) so I called her up and offered either a refund of £18 or two items. She said just send me the extra item and we will leave the money as it is. Is this ok to do? I am happy to send her two items for the amount she has paid and the funds are showing in my paypal a/c.

Well done.....I have done this on numerous occasions. You are getting one over e-bay.
The thing that worries me is how the PayPal system lets this happen.0 -
This happened to a guy who bought something from me. He was a total ebay virgin and nearly had heart failure - I thought I was going to have to give the poor man counselling!0
