$50 discount on a hotel of your choice

If you have a smartphone, download an app called Hotel Tonight.
Enter promotion code FREECREDIT1 on signup, then enter another code HOTEL2014 and get $50 which you can use to book a hotel room instantly!
Most of the hotels cost more than $50 than night but you can find some for less, like me, and book a hotel room for free!
I have no idea how this is viable but it works for me. Thanks to promo codes I got $50 on signup, then proceeded to book an awesome hotel room for $49, which means I stayed there for free! I just made my booking through the app and that was it.
However, I these codes work for new users only. If there is any way to get extra $$ even if I am an existing user, please let me know!
