Family tree..Part2..

Ok, searching for anyone with the surname Fulsher?
It was my maternal great - grandmothers middle name...no idea why, as I have searched the family tree back on her side, and it has not turned up anything! Be great to hear from anyone with said surname, or who knows anyone with that name. x Thanks!

see my reply on 1st thread Lori. You didn't really need to start another thread, normally peeps just include other queries in original thread, but no harm done!

I have checked out loads off stuff online, I was just curious if there was anyone out there who may have these surnames.
    Thanks for your help!

  • Have you tried the spelling "Fulcher?"

Sometimes, people change the spelling of the surname.

Looking on Ancestory there are a large number of Fulchers in Norfolk/Suffolk dating back to the 16th century. There are also a small number of Fulshers in the same area. Before most people were literate name spellings were quite variable, either the people didnt know how to spell their own name or the person writing it down guessed or mis-heard.
