Primus £95 Excess Broadband Charge

I just wanted to try and make people aware, my Daughter went over our Broadband usage in December, and i was horrified when my Direct Debit went to Primus £117 :eek: I rang them and was told there was a £95 charge :eek: There Customer Service is Terrible, Therefore looking to move elsewhere
