    What in your t&cs is he disputing ? I have found solicitors tend to always look on the black side.I would go with a county court summons and if its disputed go to arbitration

  • I am not sure you need legal advice - to be frank you just need to get on with taking action!

    Thye have bounced a cheque on you and you can take action on this cheque, not the original invoice.

    Your terms and conditions are your terms and conditions. In other words if I buy something from you and I have the opportunity to review your T&C before the transaction I cannot dispute them afterwards as long as they are 'reasonable'.
