Hi,


I'm new to this and have really struggled to get to this point - made it!:j
We have an entry on our Credit Card Statement for WEB3RETAIL.CO.UK
Neither of us can work out what it is for and we can't find any documentation. When we called our CC company they told us it was listed as "Special Trade Contractors". This didn't help us either.:(


When we have tried a Google search we haven't found anything. Has anyone out there met either of these? Or maybe you are out there yourselves. If so please let us know what it is we might have bought from you.

My search for web3 retail found an Amazon seller of locks and similar products.

Have you had or ordered any new locks?
Google tells me that they sell locks.


If you still do not know anything about this transaction then dispute it.

I tried looking on Amazon originally but didn't find the page your link takes us to.
We did buy some locks (have several other payments to companies we recognise) and will pursue this line.


Feel happier already.:)
