    Parking comes up on TV quite a lot but they never go as far as giving the advice that will get people the confidence to appeal more.

    Well played indeed. As someone likely to be going to court vs CEL, this was invaluable to read.

    I have basically submitted a defence based on advice found here, still looks like CEL want to go to court at the moment, so just looking for any pearls of wisdom I can wield!

    I doubt it. Their M.O. is to pull out at the last moment. This is the only case I'm aware of where they tried to carry through - and got badly spanked, of course.
