I have basically submitted a defence based on advice found here, still looks like CEL want to go to court at the moment, so just looking for any pearls of wisdom I can wield!

I doubt it. Their M.O. is to pull out at the last moment. This is the only case I'm aware of where they tried to carry through - and got badly spanked, of course.Je suis Charlie.0
