iflorist.co.uk ruins Valentine's Day

On Wednesday 12th February I checked out the Valentine's Day deals for couriered flowers on MSE.
I saw a few suitable suppliers, but eventually settled on iflorist, after checking photos on their website...not necessarily the cheapest, but what appeared to be really good quality roses.
Ordered on their website and entered the MSE discount code, but it didn't seem to make any difference to the final price. Didn't discourage me though, as I thought the product would be worth it anyway.
Valentine's Day arrived and the online tracking site of the courier (Yodel) said that the flowers were out for delivery.
Waited in all day, trying to keep calm and not divulge anything to my g/f.
Needless to say, nothing arrived.
Later on (about 6pm), a message appeared on the tracking site saying 'delivered, left safe' at 11am. There is actually nowhere to leave anything 'safe' as I live in a second - floor flat with secure entryphone access.
Made a complaint to iflorist (can't complain to Yodel, as I'm neither the recipient nor the consignor), but absolutely no response whatsoever.
Paid via PayPal, so I have raised a dispute with them.
All in all, not a good company to deal with. I'll certainly never use them again.
