Virign Atlantic White/Black CC Query

Back in Dec 13 I opened up a Virgin Atlantic White Credit card.
I wanted to take advantage of all the bonus airmiles you receive for opening the card.

Can anyone tell me the bonuses I should receive for the card after ive spent £1000.00 on the card within 90 days?
I checked the website and it has all changed to this years deals. I have rang Virgin up and requested what im entitled to and they have advised im entitled to nothing but Im 100% confident I am entitled to more miles based on last years deals.

I think i mainly need an archive copy of what the full deals were.

And also I need this for the Black credit card as I opened this up just before the new deals came in 2014.

Please can someone advise what my bonus enetitlement is before the new deal came in effect from the 05/01/14?

(From the 05/01/14 my white card entitlement would of been 3000 miles for opening account + 7000 miles if I spent £1000 on the card within 90 days. Black card entitlement would of been 18500 miles for opening account + 6500 if I spent £2000.00 on the card within 90 days)

All I have received is 3000 miles for opening White credit card and no bonus miles for spending more than £1k and Ive only received 6000 miles for opening my black credit card and no bonus miles for spending £2k.

Appreciate anyones advise and help on this matter.

You have received the correct bonuses based on the dates you applied. There were no additional promotions on the Virgin cards during 2013, and until 6(?) Jan 2014
