Is it worth upgrading - What cables

Thanks folks
Closed, the Ext HDD is backed up, and a copy of my laptop, which is also backed up to JustCloud nightly.
Cannot figure why the TV Drivers won't play, I have the Vista ones loaded. I also tried a USB TV Tuner I had, which did work for a while, then that started playing up. Will have another go at that.
I picked up a SSD from the Amazon Super Deals in November, was looking to use it in my laptop, but when I loaded it, I didn't have the time to completely re-load it, and couldn't do it from my backup as it was larger than the SSD, so I would need an adapter to make it fit into the tower.
Never tried overclocking. Always played by the rules.
What difference should the Q9550 make, and will it fit the motherboard?
Thanks again

Right the plan looks like to get a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter bracket, and install the 120gb SSD, a clean Windows 7 install, and report back.
I am sure there is space for me to install the original HDD inside as well, so will need a cable for that too.
I will be back in the UK in about 10 days, so expect a report back and more questions then.
Cheers everyone.

Anyone help with the cables I need to order to add my existing HDD as a secondary one, while I am away from the pc to check, so I have them waiting for our return.
