Need a time machine to go back a year to cancel the Select card.

    Important information
1Introductory rates apply from the date the account is opened. Balance transfers at 0% must be made within 3 months from account opening and are subject to a fee of 0.75% (minimum £5.00). If you already hold a Nationwide credit card or have closed one in the last 12 months you will not be eligible for the introductory offers.

    Balls...

I've got a Nationwide Credit Card that I only ever use abroad and pay off in full every month.

    Guess I'm out? :(

Is there an eligibility checker for this one?

Applied for a Nationwide current account a few months back and they wouldn't give me an overdraft. Silly to apply for this one?

Start the application and it gives you a quotation before the full application is made (which is the eligibility check) - higher limit and lower APR means better chance of acceptance, based on experiences of those on here (there's a thread about it somewhere).

Thanks. Started the application and they gave me a quote. They were able to give me the full 0% BT entitlement, but with a £1000 credit limit, which isn't enough for now.

If the APR was 19.9% that is a reject.

NWide must be really looking to expand its CC arm.
