At present I am a permanent employee of a company who are a contractor for the customer. Next year the customer is moving location and my company will, in all probabilities, be offered the new contract to cover the work we presently do.
My company will be cancelling all employment contracts and inviting current employees to re-apply for their positions with new T&Cs and salary, pension rights etc at time of move.
Sorry for the length of my preamble, my question is at the end of the current contract will I be elgible for redundancy payment even if the company offer me a new role in the new location with new T&Cs etc?

Check what they are saying about the termination of the current contract, they can't just terminate them unless you have less than 2 years service.
They need to have proper reasons redundancy is one of them
Assuming they terminating by reason of redundancy
If the new job is not a suitable alternative then you would be entitled to redundancy payments.
If they decide they think it is suitable and you don't then it become a negotiation and ultimately if no agreement a ET.
As they are cancelling the current contract not sure what would happen to any mobility clauses. I think if they want to invoke them they need to move you on the current contract.
How many people are involved there may be a requirement to consult.
This is one for all people to work together on especially if they are trying to reduce the T&C's and you are relatively skilled so not that easy to replace en-masse.0
