Hi
I would like to take out the new Nationwide CC, for the balance transfer. Just that I am a 2nd card holder with another Nationwide CC, can I apply or does this prevent me from doing this?
Thank you

No problem.
Second cardholder means nothing. You can get one in your dog's name with some issuers.0 -
That's what I thought, as the NW CC does not show up on a credit check site, looks a good deal.
Thank you0 -
The debt held in accounts in your name will determine the success or not of your application.0

I am also a secondary car holder on a Nationwide credit card and my application for the BT card was successful.0

I applied for the Nationwide balance transfer offer and got it. So now have £3770, with 0% interest and 26 months to pay it off. No interest means I can pay the lot off in a year as I can now afford to pay double minimum payments and any extra cash I can lay my hands on. Oh happy debt free days are nearly here again....:j

If you are disciplined, you should keep the cash in a savings account and pay the min, then the rest after 26 months.. seems like a waste of a year of 0%0 -

Unfortunately I'm not disciplined enough. _pale_Thats what got me in to a credit card mess in the first place. I've learnt my lesson this time round and will be paying the card off as soon as I can...:D

I got mine last week, using to pay for some work on the house, seems the best way to pay for it, and not dip into my savings :-)0

Hi folks,
i recently got this 0%CC in the hopes i could get myself out of debt and use the extra money left on the CC to save at the same time.
In applying for the CC i did a money transfer of 1000 to my other CC .
But also a 2100 transfer to a current account with an overdraft on it that im trying to pay off. The idea being that i would get rid of the overdraft and have extra money to maybe start to save up....
The application didnt shout at me for doing this so I assumed it was all good but reading through MSE tips it says that this is only allowed on "Super Balance Transfers"
just wanted to check that im not going to get a HUGE charge for doing this as the whole point of me getting this card was to get myself out of debt!!
anyone know if Ive made a mistake??0
