Refurbished - money back?

I bought a refurbished Iphone with a three month guarantee in December - the first one the battery stopped functioning after three weeks, I received a replacement a week later. When I received the replacement I found the headphone socket was faulty. After ten days I still haven't received replacement and I'm being told it is being 'Assessed'.
I'm getting fed up. If I ask for money back - am I entitled to it?
